A health club is a part of facilities of most large hotels especially resort hotels this also include swimming pool and spa facilities.Department try to make the mbience as pleasant as possible by nice color schemes, attractive furnishings and a well kept efficient staff.

Advanced Garde Manager arts
Garde Manger is considered by many to be the most demanding station/job in any kitchen. A true Garde Manger has it all, including the ability to present beautiful plates and platters on an artistically arranged buffet accented with fruit, vegetable, tallow and ice carvings. Even though all the skills mentioned precede the actual plate or platter presentation, usually the presentation gets all the attention. Students will become experts at preparing Cold Cuts, Salads, Appetizers, Smoking, Curing, Carvings and finally presenting. Students learn the latest techniques about making Buffet Center Pieces like Butter Sculptures, Ice Carvings, Fruit Carvings and Vegetable Carvings.

Patisserie & Confectionery Arts
Emphasis is placed on Advanced Concepts, Skills and Techniques for preparing Pastries and Individually platted desserts. Students Practice in making of Marzipan, Gum Paste, Advanced Fondant, Designer Cookies, Sugar Craft, Wedding Cakes, and many more to understand the technique of Cooking and Baking in order to be a 'Professional Chef'. Coursework will also cover the selection and proper use and handling of various chocolates used in Confectionery and decorating.

Bread Arts
The Bread Arts program prepares student for Management Positions in the professional bakeries. Students are introduced to the fundamental techniques of Baking with special emphasis on weights and measures, tools and equipments use, baking technology and ingredient functions. Students will receive comprehensive instructions regarding the preparation of creams, custards, pudding and related sauces. Lectures and demonstrations teach yeast raised dough-mixing methods, rolled in dough and basic cake mixing methods as well as decorating styles and techniques. Program emphasis will be on learning bakery skills and management of bakery operations.

The Art of Fine Cooking brings to your table delicious fare from sundry kitchens the world over. This cuisine has a wonderful assortment of simple to exotic recipes from French, Italian, Chinese, Bakery and Confectionery and of course, our very own Indian cuisine. This is further enriched by an interesting historical account of the classical dishes of various regions. This is exclusively designed according to the syllabus and requirements of the students of Culinary Education.

One of the most highly evolved cuisines in the world over the past years; the multiple regions of Indian cuisine are characterized by their sophisticated and subtle use of many spices and herbs. Each region of this cuisine is characterized by a wide assortment of dishes and cooking techniques. Throughout the program Indian Cuisine is fully emphasized. Our Curriculum combines the ancient with the modern and takes our students to down the path to losing themselves in the exotic flavors of India.
